Damages and issues
If any part of your order is defective or damaged, please take a photo and send it to us!  If you received the wrong order/item, please contact us! We will make it right!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom or personalized items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
 If you are receiving a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
